Closet Growing on limited budgets for hobbyists

I admit it, I am a grower. But I am not a massive producer. I am a hobbyist. I grow it to smoke it, not to sell. Currently, as we speak I already have a small plant which has already developed its second set of leaves, now I am nursing it under the light.

Growing is actually realtively cheap. On my setup it can cost only about 30$, probably even less, depending on what you have, of course.

1-Any shelving or closet system, say with adjustable shelving and a good lenght across.

2-A 34 or higher fluorescent tube or gro-light with attaching plug-in cord. (The most expensive purchase)

3-75 watt incandescent light bulb and light fixture

4-Tin foil along all sides of the closet (not pictured)

Any variation of this system will probably also work. Still, it is important to good young plants as close as possible to the light. Turn on the incandesecent light bulb as soon as you have at least one sucessful plant, putting that plant close to it. If necessary, add an extension cord to power all the plugs required. Attaching the gro-light to the shelving is a tricky process, but requires to be done only once. First of all, remove the shelf from the area and put it on the floor. Flip it around and place the light in the position that you want it to be in. Next, take out a roll of electrical tape. Roll it around both sides and the centre at least twice. Next take out a roll of duck tape and do the same but go around at least once. Then reinstall the shelving. Voila, instant and very stable lighting!!
